<p>In Overwatch 2 as a new player I have this daily challenge that says &quot;say thanks emote to a support hero 👍&quot;.</p> <p>I do this:</p> <ul> <li>at the start of the match I look up who the supports in my team are (the cross symbol ➕) and I memorize their names.</li> <li>then when we're waiting like 20 seconds together for the match to start, I go in front of them so that they're in the center of my screen.</li> <li>I hold <kbd>C</kbd> and move my cursor to &quot;Thanks 👍&quot;, and I correctly say the &quot;Thanks 👍&quot; emote, that works.</li> </ul> <p>However this doesn't complete the daily challenge... What's the deal? How to do it?</p>

<p>The big thing they don't tell you about this challenge and the &quot;Say hello to a teammate&quot; challenge is that you cannot do them during setup time. Instead, you have to wait until the round actually starts and THEN do them.</p> <p>Unfortunately, that makes it harder since teammates are going to be moving around after the round starts.</p>
